Dilly Dally Tapestry Tote Bag

I have a feeling the lady in this tapestry would prefer a solo dilly dally but the dude won't take a hint. Can't you see m'lady wants to spend the day faffing around the house?! If one does leave the house, a sturdy bag is necessary to carry all one's supplies for on-the-go dilly dallying!

The cross stitching and the way this tote bag has been sewn is non-destructive meaning every stitch can be undone and no damage will be done to the original piece. My nana was a tapestry stitcher and the craft has a very special place in my heart. 

I'm super proud of this bag and I had a great time embellishing the original needlework, turning it into a useful item that isn't hidden away from sight any longer.

Wool, cotton, polyester lining.

Cold machine wash with similar colours. Do not soak or bleach. Warm iron. Do not dry clean.

Wear me, care for me, mend me, pass me on to someone who’ll start the process all over again.
