Purple Ex-Sign Bumbag

Vinyl signs are a fantastic textile and it's such a waste to send them to landfill when they've reached the end of their lives! I picked up an ex-Brisbane City Council sign from Reverse Garbage and turned it into a couple of sturdy bumbags. 

These fully lined bags have a roomy main compartment and a smaller front pocket, and are available in two strap lengths. 

The purple ink on this textile will wear off with normal use, and the bumbag will develop a well-loved patina. 

Vinyl outer, nylon lining and nylon strap.

Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not wash or iron.

Wear me, care for me, mend me, pass me on to someone who’ll start the process all over again.
